Most of us know that gerrymandering can be used to split or crack minority votes.  Diluting minority votes can lead to marginalized groups going unheard.  At the same time, it can result in a lack of minority representation by a candidate of their choosing.  What other arguments can I bring to a judge or jury that an electoral map is undermining a particular community.
